I loved the cozy vibe here, especially with the heated bathroom floors and a great selection of local magazines in my spacious room. The comfy lounge area and small cafe downstairs were perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. A slight downside was the lack of parking on-site, but there are options nearby, so just plan ahead! 😊

The staff is kind, an absolute asset to this the place. The location is amazing and marvellous, to anywhere to downtown. Also, it is adjacent to having to walk alone through a park, great restaurant, street parking opposite and cafes and restaurants and a park over the road for Molly.

The property was clean and quaint and the location was perfect and particularly good. Location: the hotel was very close to Picton and Oriental Parade and all the bars and restaurants of Te Aro and restaurants and waterfront precinct.

A very small cozy hotel near downtown. The rooms are large enough, modern and clean.
Whoever designed the rooms and furniture at this hotel has apparently never stayed at a hotel himself. There was one tiny closet for clothing storage, and no dresser/drawers at all. The bathroom also had virtually no storage or shelf space for our toiletries. The bedroom is separated from the bathroom by a curtain - no door. The bed frame extends outside the mattress - a hazard for injuring your knees if you get up out of bed in the dark. The phone is located in a niche over the bed's headboard which means you have to climb on the bed to use the phone.

Ohtel in Wellington impressed me with its spacious Suite, with mid-century decor and heated bathroom floors. The location made exploring the waterfront convenient. The room's overpowering scent initially bothered me. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hotel's charm.

The room was large, and modern, with a lot of well hidden amenities. The look was futuristic!!
The dining area, and the reception were rather crammed!!
